Student FDR Practitioner
I am currently training as a Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner, building on my professional leadership background and passion for supporting families through conflict with fairness, empathy, and safety at the centre. A key area of interest for me is reducing the role of power and control in family mediation — ensuring that processes do not replicate harmful dynamics, but instead create space for balanced dialogue, accountability, and respectful agreements that prioritise children’s wellbeing.
My key interests include: 1. Embedding psychological safety in mediation and dispute resolution. 2. Reducing the influence of power and control dynamics in family mediation. 3. Ensuring the voice of survivors is heard while also promoting safe accountability for the future. 4. Creating practical agreements that reduce conflict and put children’s wellbeing first.
Advanced mediation practice – especially in managing high-conflict situations and hidden power imbalances. Trauma-informed approaches – ensuring safety and dignity in every process.

Workplace & Employment Mediator
I have an industrial relations/employee relations background, qualifications in HR and IR. A career in HR and IR, predominantly IR dealing with complex employment matters and construction unions led me into the conflict resolution space. Accredited mediation and coaching training in 2024 and starting my own consultancy specialising in workplace and employment. Prioritising conflict resolution over workplace investigations as my belief in investigations divide the parties and escalate the conflict.Having lost a brother to suicide sparked from workplace conflict and been exposed to the higher rate of anxiety, depression and suicide in the construction industry, I felt I could make a change and help mitigate.
Employment disputes – separation, worker’s compensation, complex matters Workplace disputes – alleged bullying and harassment, conflict Workplace culture reviews in lieu of workplace investigations to find out the cause of the dispute (employer led without a complainant and respondent).
I’m interested in growing my network and becoming part of the mediation community. I’m interested in partnering with WHS specialists in workplace psychosocial hazards to collaborate.
